多聯式變頻中央空調采購幾點注意

  前不久,財政部、國家發展和改革委員會印發調整后的第14期節能產品政府采購清單(以下簡稱“節能清單”),對于空調來講,第14期節能清單的定速空調在節能清單中明顯縮

  前(qian)不(bu)久,財政(zheng)部、國家(jia)發展和改革委員會(hui)印(yin)發調(diao)整(zheng)后的第14期(qi)節(jie)能產(chan)品(pin)(pin)政(zheng)府采購(gou)清(qing)單(dan)(以下簡稱“節(jie)能清(qing)單(dan)”),對于空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)來講,第14期(qi)節(jie)能清(qing)單(dan)的定速(su)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)在節(jie)能清(qing)單(dan)中明(ming)顯縮水,取(qu)而代之的是變(bian)頻(pin)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)。在國家(jia)節(jie)能產(chan)品(pin)(pin)惠(hui)民工(gong)程等政(zheng)策的推動下,變(bian)頻(pin)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)市(shi)(shi)場推廣提速(su),快(kuai)速(su)發展成為(wei)市(shi)(shi)場的主流,變(bian)頻(pin)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)有望成為(wei)空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)政(zheng)府采購(gou)市(shi)(shi)場的主力軍(jun)。

  在(zai)政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)采(cai)購空(kong)調領域,超薄、變(bian)頻(pin)、定速、數碼、節能(neng)等詞(ci)匯已成(cheng)為時代的(de)(de)新潮流。變(bian)頻(pin)空(kong)調在(zai)政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)采(cai)購市(shi)場(chang)表現(xian)(xian)活(huo)躍,尤(you)其是(shi)(shi)變(bian)頻(pin)多(duo)(duo)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)式中(zhong)央空(kong)調更(geng)是(shi)(shi)在(zai)采(cai)購中(zhong)頻(pin)繁出現(xian)(xian)。與此同(tong)時,購買多(duo)(duo)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)式變(bian)頻(pin)中(zhong)央空(kong)調儼(yan)然成(cheng)為了時下(xia)政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)采(cai)購市(shi)場(chang)的(de)(de)熱點,并將(jiang)逐(zhu)步取(qu)代分體機(ji)(ji),逐(zhu)步成(cheng)為政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)采(cai)購空(kong)調市(shi)場(chang)的(de)(de)新趨勢。所(suo)謂多(duo)(duo)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)式空(kong)調是(shi)(shi)把(ba)分體空(kong)調集中(zhong)到一個室外機(ji)(ji)中(zhong),如一拖(tuo)五(wu)里面有5臺(tai)壓縮機(ji)(ji),但冷媒系統(tong)各自獨立。多(duo)(duo)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)機(ji)(ji)大(da)多(duo)(duo)應用了變(bian)頻(pin)技術,可根據室內(nei)負荷的(de)(de)變(bian)化,調節室外壓縮機(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)速的(de)(de)變(bian)化,并以此調整制冷劑質(zhi)流量輸出,從(cong)而有效(xiao)降低(di)能(neng)耗(hao)。

  那么(me)采用多聯式(shi)變頻中央(yang)空(kong)調有哪些優勢呢?筆者認為(wei)多聯式(shi)變頻中央(yang)空(kong)調的(de)優勢主(zhu)要表現(xian)在(zai)以下(xia)幾個方(fang)面:

  一(yi)是(shi)(shi)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)省電(dian)。目前多(duo)(duo)聯(lian)式(shi)變頻中(zhong)央(yang)(yang)(yang)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)采用(yong)(yong)的(de)是(shi)(shi)采用(yong)(yong)直流變速壓縮機(ji)(ji)(ji),可根據室(shi)內實際(ji)需要來制(zhi)冷制(zhi)熱,每(mei)個房間都(dou)能(neng)(neng)單獨控制(zhi),室(shi)內用(yong)(yong)多(duo)(duo)少(shao),室(shi)外(wai)(wai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)就(jiu)提供多(duo)(duo)少(shao)冷量,一(yi)定負荷下(xia)可能(neng)(neng)比(bi)用(yong)(yong)一(yi)般的(de)分(fen)體機(ji)(ji)(ji)更(geng)加(jia)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)省電(dian)。二(er)是(shi)(shi)整體裝(zhuang)潢效果佳(jia)。中(zhong)央(yang)(yang)(yang)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)只(zhi)有一(yi)個外(wai)(wai)機(ji)(ji)(ji),不(bu)會(hui)像傳統空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)破壞整體外(wai)(wai)觀,而且中(zhong)央(yang)(yang)(yang)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)室(shi)內機(ji)(ji)(ji)安裝(zhuang)“以(yi)藏(zang)為美”,通過簡單的(de)局部吊頂即可實現隱(yin)身安裝(zhuang)。三是(shi)(shi)舒適(shi)性(xing)較高(gao)。分(fen)體機(ji)(ji)(ji)送風角度有限,而且沒有新(xin)(xin)風系統,所以(yi)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)開久了會(hui)感覺(jue)室(shi)內空(kong)(kong)氣很(hen)混濁。中(zhong)央(yang)(yang)(yang)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)的(de)室(shi)內機(ji)(ji)(ji)有多(duo)(duo)種送風方(fang)式(shi),使(shi)氣流分(fen)布更(geng)加(jia)均勻(yun),同時中(zhong)央(yang)(yang)(yang)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)能(neng)(neng)夠引(yin)入(ru)室(shi)外(wai)(wai)的(de)新(xin)(xin)鮮空(kong)(kong)氣即引(yin)入(ru)新(xin)(xin)風,使(shi)人感覺(jue)更(geng)加(jia)舒適(shi)。四是(shi)(shi)噪(zao)(zao)音低(di)(di)(di)。中(zhong)央(yang)(yang)(yang)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)室(shi)外(wai)(wai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)采用(yong)(yong)的(de)壓縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)(shi)使(shi)轉子與(yu)葉片結合成一(yi)體,解決了由于轉子與(yu)葉片磨(mo)擦形(xing)成的(de)噪(zao)(zao)音,運轉起來只(zhi)有50分(fen)貝(bei)左(zuo)右。在室(shi)內機(ji)(ji)(ji)方(fang)面,住宅中(zhong)用(yong)(yong)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)較多(duo)(duo)的(de)是(shi)(shi)內藏(zang)式(shi)風管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji),最(zui)低(di)(di)(di)可以(yi)做到25分(fen)貝(bei),再加(jia)上(shang)隱(yin)藏(zang)在天花(hua)板之中(zhong),噪(zao)(zao)音值可以(yi)降到最(zui)低(di)(di)(di)。

  采購(gou)人提出多(duo)聯式變頻中央空調采購(gou)需求時又(you)要注意哪些問(wen)題呢?筆者認為(wei),主要有以下幾個方面:

  一(yi)是采購(gou)人在遞交政府采購(gou)需(xu)求表前應當做好前期工作(zuo)。采購(gou)人首先應當聯系(xi)設計單位對(dui)整(zheng)個空調系(xi)統(tong)進行(xing)設計,初(chu)步確定空調系(xi)統(tong)的方案、平面(mian)布置(zhi)圖、系(xi)統(tong)圖等。

  二(er)是設(she)(she)計院一般(ban)是按某一個(ge)品牌設(she)(she)計的(de)(de),采(cai)購人在提出多(duo)聯式變頻中(zhong)(zhong)央空(kong)調采(cai)購需(xu)求時(shi)不(bu)能直接照(zhao)抄設(she)(she)計說明書和設(she)(she)計圖(tu)紙的(de)(de)設(she)(she)備清單中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)數據,主要技術(shu)參數如(ru)制(zhi)冷(leng)量(liang)和制(zhi)熱量(liang)等技術(shu)參數填寫時(shi)候應當是一個(ge)數值范圍,只提供制(zhi)冷(leng)量(liang)和制(zhi)熱量(liang)的(de)(de)基準值,不(bu)是一個(ge)具體(ti)數據,可(ke)采(cai)用“大于等于”或“正負偏差在某某幅度內”這(zhe)一類的(de)(de)措詞(ci)。

  三(san)是準確統(tong)(tong)計主要(yao)(yao)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)設備的數量,如室外(wai)機(ji)(ji)、室內機(ji)(ji)、新風機(ji)(ji)等(deng)主要(yao)(yao)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)設備,填寫采(cai)購(gou)明(ming)細表,其(qi)他(ta)安裝輔材(cai)和輔機(ji)(ji)可(ke)(ke)以不(bu)統(tong)(tong)計,只(zhi)提供參考得(de)設計圖(tu)紙即(ji)可(ke)(ke)。在采(cai)購(gou)技術要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)中,采(cai)購(gou)人可(ke)(ke)以提出(chu)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)機(ji)(ji)的制冷(leng)量和制熱量要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)、冷(leng)媒要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)、出(chu)風形式要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)等(deng)。其(qi)他(ta)指標如噪(zao)聲(sheng)、機(ji)(ji)器的尺(chi)寸要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)、室內機(ji)(ji)的厚度要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)、COP能效比、耗電量、電源(380V/220V)、電功率等(deng)采(cai)購(gou)人如有要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)也可(ke)(ke)以提出(chu),但不(bu)能有歧視(shi)性。

  四是注(zhu)重(zhong)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)要(yao)求(qiu)。與分(fen)體空(kong)(kong)調相比,中央空(kong)(kong)調可(ke)謂完美,但作為一(yi)項系(xi)統(tong)(tong)工程,中央空(kong)(kong)調一(yi)直有“三分(fen)生產,七分(fen)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)”的(de)說法,所以(yi)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)好壞是購買中央空(kong)(kong)調的(de)關鍵,如果(guo)不(bu)注(zhu)意安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)要(yao)求(qiu)可(ke)能后(hou)患無(wu)窮(qiong)。中央空(kong)(kong)調如果(guo)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)出(chu)(chu)現(xian)問(wen)題,常見(jian)的(de)毛病是風口會有滴水,這主要(yao)是因為室內機(ji)排水不(bu)順(shun)暢或者出(chu)(chu)風口冷凝(ning)水造(zao)成的(de)。在(zai)空(kong)(kong)調安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完畢后(hou)應當對系(xi)統(tong)(tong)進行調試,只(zhi)有調試正常,排水系(xi)統(tong)(tong)順(shun)暢、焊接沒問(wen)題,才可(ke)以(yi)避免出(chu)(chu)現(xian)漏水現(xian)象,因此采購人應當提出(chu)(chu)投(tou)標供應商(shang)的(de)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)資格要(yao)求(qiu)
